FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 41-year old Cave Spring man was arrested Saturday in connection with the assault of a woman Friday at his Mill Road residence.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Jason Adams Flemister choked the victim to the point where she could no longer breathe.
He also hit her in the head with a gun, bit her chest, and possibly broke her toe.
Flemister also reportedly told the victim that he would blow her brains out.
He is charged with aggravated assault, sexual battery, terroristic threats and acts, battery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
