Two charged in burglary at North Heights

Two men have been arrested in connection with a break-in at the North Heights Elementary School building on Atteiram Drive.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 26-year old Kenya Menashea Royster of a North Avenue address and 28-year old Marquell Deandre Dammond of Stonewall Street are both charged with 2nd-degree burglary and felony theft by taking.

Reports indicate that two smart boards were taken during the burglary.

Royster is also charged with a probation violation.
