A 44-year old Silver Creek man was jailed Thursday on felony warrants charging him with theft by deception and the illegal transfer of property subject to a security interest.
According to the warrants, Ronald Keith Clark Jr. of a Rockmart Highway address sold a 2007 GMC 2500 for $8,000 to another man, failing to disclose there was a valid lien on the vehicle through Title Max.
Title Max had acquired the title to the vehicle on January 15, 2019.
Clark sold the vehicle on September 15, 2019, according to the warrants.
