Roads that are still closed Tuesday morning:
Thomas Bluff Road – 900 block near County Line
Collier Road – access past 100 block should come from the north loop
Bert Road – south of Dempsey
Gaines Loop Road – between Gaines and Crowder Roads
Old River Road – between Highway 20 and the Boat Ramp.
One lane on Technology Parkway.
