An Ellijay man is facing charges in connection with a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Kroger in Rome last month.
According to an arrest warrant, 64-year old Bobby Joel Hosey discharged with a fire inside a vehicle near the gas pumps.
Another person in the vehicle was struck in the neck and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The incident occurred on February 13.
Hosey is charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct.
