FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
Two men were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop for a window tint violation at Heatherwood and Burnett Ferry Thursday.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 33-year old Lonnie Allen Hayes of a Marble Springs Road address in Summerville and 36-year old Melvin Dewayne Ragland of Southern Street in Rome are charged with possession of cocaine; possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; the possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana; and possession of drug-related objects.
Hayes is also charged with a window tent violation.
