March 22nd, 2020 –

Harbin Clinic Press Release –

At Harbin Clinic, the safety of patients, employees and the community remains a top priority. In an ongoing effort to prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19, Harbin Clinic is implementing a no visitor policy at all locations.

The following restrictions apply, including Immediate Care:
ï‚· Patients only allowed at all Harbin Clinic locations with limited exceptions.
o One person per patient for children and minors.
o One person per patient for those who need assistance.
ï‚· No vendors allowed, including pharmaceutical and medical device representatives.

As a reminder, patients at all locations will continue to be screened during phone scheduling as well as at check-in. Additional on-site screening will occur at location entrances with multiple departments in one building. These precautionary measures further strengthen the existing visitor restrictions already in place.

Patients visiting any Harbin Clinic location should call before coming if they have cough, fever or shortness of breath AND think they may have been in close contact with a person known
to have COVID-19. At the current time, online scheduling is not available.

If patients have questions regarding how this policy might impact their upcoming appointment, they should contact their healthcare provider’s office.
