Kemp eases more COVID-19 restrictions

On Thursday, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp issued an executive order easing more COVID-19 restrictions.

Live performance venues can reopen and spectator sports and conventions can resume on July 1 with some restrictions.

In addition, the shelter in place order for persons 65 and older has been lifted.

Gatherings of up to 50 people will be permitted starting Tuesday, providing that there is at least six feet of social distancing.
