Report: Man struck another man with a vehicle….twice

FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 69-year old Rome man was arrested Wednesday night after police say he intentionally used his vehicle to strike a 35-year old man on Freeman Ferry Road.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Larry Elmore Reeves continued driving with the victim still on the hood of the vehicle.

Reeves then slammed on his brakes in an attempt to throw the victim off the hood.

Reeves then reported hit the victim once more.

The victim sustained a severe laceration to his arm as well as road rash.

Reeves is charged with aggravated assault, aggressive driving, reckless driving and hit and run.
