Dr. Gary Voccio, health director for the ten-county Georgia Department of Public Health Northwest Health District, gives us his frank assessment of where we are with COVID-19 heading into the holiday season in Northwest Georgia.
He also provides some great advice on when to get tested if you think you may have been exposed (it’s not when you may think), predicts whether or not things will get worse before they get better, reiterates safety precautions for Thanksgiving gatherings, and updates us on flu activity.
