Rome City Commission –
The Rome City Commission held virtual meeting Friday afternoon to discuss extending the local mask mandate (The previous mandate for Rome face covering order expired on 11:59 PM on January 8th).
In response to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, the Commission approved the emergency ordinance on December 8.
It requires a facial covering in public places when social distancing is not possible with some exceptions…
