FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 31-year old Rome man was arrested Sunday after allegedly assaulting a man with a brick on Branham Avenue.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Rodney Jogno Patio struck the victim in the head with the brick causing a laceration to the man’s head.
The victim also sustained several puncture wounds to the left side of his body.
Patio is charged with aggravated assault.
