Rome City Schools –

Due to one percent of the students/faculty testing positive for COVID-19 during a seven-day period, Rome Middle School will move into phase two of the system’s COVID-19 three-phase plan.

During phase two, all faculty, staff, and students on this campus must wear masks for at least the next two weeks.

Rome Middle School will remain in Phase Two of the plan for a minimum of two weeks.

All city schools, except Rome High, are now in phase 2.

Students at Armuchee Middle School began virtual learning on Monday after the school surpassed the 5% threshold for positive COVID-19 cases among students and/or staff.

Arnuchee High, Coosa High, and Coosa Middle are under mask mandates this week after passing the 2% mark for confirmed cases.
