Rome City School System students return to in-person classes Wednesday morning following Tuesday’s flexible learning day.
If you are going to be traveling in the school zone on Veteran’s Memorial Highway, be aware that speed camera enforcement has begun.
Citations will be issued from one hour before school, throughout the school day, to one hour after school.
This will only be when school is in session.
Motorists will be cited if they exceed the school zone speed limit by 11 miles per hour.
