Suspects arrested in connection homicide investigation of former Calhoun football star

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators with the assistance of members of the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force have arrested two individuals from Macon in connection to the homicide investigation of 24-year-old former Calhoun High School football star Olico Dennis.

Dennis had been reported missing to the Bibb County’s Sheriff’s Office back on May 17^th after traveling to Macon for a work assignment.

Investigators later located Dennis deceased in Crawford County, treating the investigation as a homicide.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators were able to identify 38- year-old Jarvis Jermaine Tillman and 30-year-old Amanda Allan Hulsey of Macon, as suspects in the homicide of Dennis.

Hulsey has been charged with Murder, Tampering with Evidence, Concealing the Death of Another, and Aggravated Assault.

Tillman has been charged with Murder, Tampering with Evidence, Concealing the Death of Another, Aggravated Assault, and Probation Violation. They both are being held without bond at this time.

This investigation is still ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available.
