The 2022 season of the First Friday Concert Series got off to a rocking start on Friday.
A huge crowd turned out to dance and enjoy the music of Party Nation on the Town Green in downtown Rome.
The concert series continues on July 7 with performances by Boys in the Band and Jeremiah Wheeler.
The August 4 concert will feature Weekend Getaway and Anderlan.
The series closes on September 1 with Guardians of the Jukebox.
According to the Rome Downtown Development Authority, these free events are made possible thanks to the generous support of Downtown Rome business and property owners and Georgia Pacific and Walk-In Urgent Care, Urgent Team.
