A Coosa area couple was arrested Wednesday at their Oreburg Road home on charges of 1st-degree cruelty to children and deprivation of a minor.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
41-year-old Jonathan Lee Miller and 35-year-old Britnie Diane Miller allowed three children to live in unsanitary and unsafe conditions.
The home had holes in the wall, no heat, and waste covering the floors.
