Rome Police are investigating the burglary of a building on Washington Drive belonging to the Kelsey-Aycock-Burrell Center.
According to the incident report:
Police were called Monday after someone saw the light on and noticed the door had been opened.
The building was boarded up and was being used to store school furniture.
One of the boarded-up windows had been opened and two other windows were broken.
It appeared as though the person or persons had entered the building through a window and exited through the doors.
