A 76-year-old Rome man has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with financial transaction card fraud.
According to the warrant:
Donald Larry McFall used someone else’s card without permission to pay for $15 in food at Waffle House on Shorter Avenue on December 28.
McFall is also charged with a misdemeanor count of hit and run after striking another vehicle and leaving the scene on Monday.
