Warrant: Man drove vehicle through front entrance of West Rome store
A West Rome man has been arrested on a felony count of 2nd-degree criminal damage to property.
According to an arrest warrant:
38-year-old Miguel Luis Andres drove his vehicle through the front entrance of a store at 702 Shorter Avenue on Monday of this week.
Damages are estimated at $11,500.
Woman charged with theft by shoplifting, possession of meth
A Lindale woman initially arrested for shoplifting is also facing drug charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
26-year-old Marley Abbagail Digsby took $38 in merchandise from the East Rome Walmart, which is a misdemeanor.
However, she was then found with a controlled substance and a meth pipe.
Digsby is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug-related objects.
