-Floyd County Jail records-
The execution of a search warrant on Bailey Road in Aragon has resulted in the arrest of three people.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
60-year old Charles Desmond Brown was found with a large quantity of methamphetamine, fentanyl, packaging materials and digital scales.
He is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, and possession of fentanyl.
During the execution of the search warrant, it was discovered that 56-year-old Michael Earl Hoyle of Silver Creek and 65-year-old Barry Durale Davis of Aragon conspired to aid in the possession and distribution of meth.
Both Hoyle and Davis are charged with possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act.
