Man accused of making a threat
A Silver Creek man has been arrested on a felony count of terroristic threats and acts following an incident at his Old Rockmart Road home.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
41-year-old Alexander Barrett Keasler threatened to kill the victim.
Keasler is additionally charged with a misdemeanor count of simple assault.
Woman facing drug charges
An Aragon woman was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine.
According to the warrant:
43-year-old Mary Doris Roberson was found with suspected meth during the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Wax Road back on February 12.
Authorities also located three grams of synthetic marijuana, THC gummies, and smoking devices.
Roberson is also charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug-related objects.
