The execution of a search warrant on Martha Berry Boulevard ended with the arrest of a West Rome man on drug charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
53-year-old Marvin Harold Ogelsby Jr. was found in possession of 136 grams of synthetic marijuana, hydrocodone, alprazolam, and packaging materials.
Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force officers also located three aluminum trays and acetone, which are consistent with the manufacturing of synthetic marijuana.
Ogelsby is charged with possession of Schedule I, II, and IV controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drugs not in the original container, and possession of drug-related objects.
