Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputies Bowerman, Towle, and Cox apprehended fugitive Jeremiah Stanley in Polk County, where he was discovered trying to hide under a bed.
Stanley was wanted on multiple warrants in two counties:
Floyd County
• False Imprisonment
• 1st Degree Burglary
• Sexual Battery
• Battery
Bartow County
• Battery FVA
• Cruelty to Children
• Probation Violation (original charge: Robbery)
