A Rome man was arrested at his Cave Spring Road residence on Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with false imprisonment.
According to the warrant:
69-year-old Randy Dale Crowe Sr. tied a woman’s arms and legs together with a rope while she was on a bed, rendering the victim unable to free herself.
The incident occurred on October 2.
Meanwhile, 69-year-old Glenda Dale Crowe was arrested and charged with being a party to a crime.
According to that arrest warrant:
She directed Randy Crowe to tie the woman up.
