The Floyd County Commission will consider a resolution approving the issuance of revenue bonds by the Development Authority of Floyd County on Behalf of Lavender Mountain Senior Living when it meets Tuesday night.
The tax-exempt bonds would fund a project at The Spires at Berry College.
Tuesday’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Floyd County Administration Building on Fourth Avenue.
Also on the agenda is a rezoning request for 591 Ward Mountain Road and 0 Ward Mountain Road.
The applicant is seeking to rezone from Suburban Residential to Agricultural Residential.
During the caucus, which begins at 4 p.m., the commission will hear from Boyd Austin with the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission.
