Haywood Valley Road will be closed on Monday to allow Floyd County Public Works to replace a cross drain.
The area of construction will be at #1248 Haywood Valley Road.
The period of closure on Monday will be from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Detours will be New Rosedale Road (Ga 156) on the south end, and Dry Creek Road or Little Sand Mountain Road on the north end.
The closure will also affect Chattooga County commuters.
