Man accused of threatening ex-girlfriend
A Rome man is facing charges of terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, and simple assault following his arrest on Sunday.
According to an arrest warrant and Floyd County Jail records:
41-year-old Grant Patrick Graboski threatened his ex-girlfriend and charged at her with a metal front fork from a bicycle.
Graboski had gotten angry because he was told to leave the residence on Lewis Drive.
Cell phone footage of the incident, which occurred on June 12, was shown to police.
During the execution of a search warrant on Daniel Drive on Sunday, Graboski and 31-year-old Maggie Leann Harris were both found with suspected methamphetamine.
Man charged with being a fugitive from justice
A Lithia Springs man initially arrested for shoplifting is facing additional charges.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
61-year-old Scott Douglas Webb put around $40 in merchandise from Family Dollar on North Broad Street in his pockets and left the store.
He then obstructed law enforcement by resisting arrest and showing them someone else’s identification.
Webb is additionally charged with being a fugitive from justice and using the identification of another without consent.
