A 28-year-old Rome man is accused of being in possession of drugs while at the Floyd County Jail.
According to jail records:
Branton Kaden Hughes had three baggies of synthetic marijuana, which were located in close proximity to his personal belongings.
He is charged with felony counts of crossing the guard line with contraband and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.
Hughes was initially arrested on October 15 for a probation violation.
