On Friday afternoon the Floyd County Board of Commissioners and Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation invited the public to a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate the 2017 SPLOST-funded upgrades and renovations to the Charles C. Parker Center located at Etowah Park.
