Children can have their photos made with Santa Claus Friday, as Restoration Lindale hosts Selfies with Santa.
Friday’s event is from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Lindale Train Viewing Platform, according to Tim Reynolds with Restoration Lindale.
“Santa will be set up in the platform,” he said. “The cost is free and we give hot chocolate and cookies to every kid who comes through to visit Santa. The Grinch makes his appearance as well. It’s so much fun.”
One of Santa’s elves is also expected to make an appearance.
The event is open to kids of all ages.
And don’t forget the Lindale Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday starting at 5:30 p.m.
The parade travels from Dragon Drive down Park Avenue to the First Baptist Church.
Anyone can enter the parade, so come decorated in a Christmas theme of your choice and lineup at the Pepperell Primary School by 5 pm.
All vehicles, walkers, bicycles, tractors, classic vehicles, etc. are welcome.
