A 56-year-old Rome woman is facing 14 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals following her arrest on Monday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Allison Moore Kelley failed to provide adequate food, water, sanitary conditions, and ventilation for 14 cats at her Club View Drive home.
The conditions led to the death of nine kittens and the malnourishment of five cats.
