Second arrest made in Garden Lakes drug bust

A second arrest has been made following the execution of a search warrant at a home on Elliott Drive in Garden Lakes over the weekend.

42-year old Michael Bruce Jordon was jailed Tuesday on charges of felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug-related objects, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force officers found multiple pounds of marijuana, 50 THC vapes, 46 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 83 packs of THC edibles, packaging materials, digital scales, and eight firearms in the home.

35-year old Kayla Diane Jordan was arrested on Saturday.
